  • - Use RadiQ in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • - Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
  • - Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of RadiQ.

B. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using RadiQ. However, by using our services, you grant RadiQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Fees and Payments

A. Subscription Fees

RadiQ may charge subscription fees for access to certain features or services. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of RadiQ.

B. Payment Terms

A. Termination by User

B. Termination by RadiQ

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate.

RadiQ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of RadiQ or the information, content, materials, or products included in our services.

B. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of RadiQ, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RadiQ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of RadiQ, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Tanzania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tanzania
